RICHARD HALPERN

Rick Halpern has been appraising real estate since November 1986. His early experience in the boom of the mid 1980’s made him an expert in cooperative & condominium valuations. He was involved in many rental building conversions all over Manhattan, Queens & Brooklyn.

Our specialties are in the preparation of summary narrative ‍‍‍reports for estate tax purposes, matrimonial, gift tax, share transfer, tax certiorari, zoning variance, bankruptcy, securing a bail bond, insurance replacement, sales negotiation, and personal edification. He is qualified and prepared to testify in court for same. He has analyzed share allocations of project conversions for the NYS Attorney General’s office. He has been retained by many cooperative boards of directors of prestigious buildings in the metropolitan NY area as an advocate • consultant • advisor.
